Kerur, Aug. 1: A Teacher Development Program was conducted at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur. The Resource Person was guided by Smt. Sharada Bhagwati, a teacher from RVK – Kerur.

ಕೆರೂರು, ಆ. 1: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ರಾವಿಕೆ – ಕೆರೂರಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶಾರದ ಭಗವತಿ ಅವರು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
- ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಭಯ ಅಥವಾ ಬಲದ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವಯುತ ಬೋಧನಾ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತರಗತಿಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು.
- ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಭಯವನ್ನು ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಸಾಧನವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುವುದನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ತರಗತಿಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ತತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.

- *ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವುದು.
- *ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ ತರಗತಿಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಸುವುದು.
- *ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ದುರ್ವರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನು ಶಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.
- *ಮೌನವು ಕೂಗುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಶಕ್ತಿಯುತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
- *ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ದೇಹ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ.
“ಸಂತೋಷದ ತರಗತಿಯು ಸಂತೋಷದಾಯಕ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅಡಿಪಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಸಂದೇಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
