Kerur, Mar. 29: Yugadi festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur. The program started with traditional puja. Children gave information about the festival. The Pradhanacharya spoke about the cultural and traditional importance of Yugadi. Also, on this occasion, Hedgewar, the founder of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, was remembered. At the end, neem jaggery was distributed.
ಕೆರೂರು, ಮಾ. 29: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಗಾದಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಪೂಜೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಬ್ಬದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಯುಗಾದಿಯ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಹೆಡಗೆವಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇವು ಬೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಲಾಯಿತು.
