Kerur, Sept. 5: Teachers Day and Onam festival were celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur. A foot worship ceremony was organized to honour the teachers. On the 4th day of Hindi Week, students of class 4 performed a role play on the rich culture of Karnataka and Rajasthan. Students of class 3 presented a drama on the mythological story behind Onam to celebrate the celebration of Onam.
ಕೆರೂರು, ಸೆ. 5: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಓಣಂ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಲು ಪಾದ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಿಂದಿ ಸಪ್ತಾಹದ 4ನೇ ದಿನದಂದು 4ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನದ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಕುರಿತು ಪಾತ್ರಾಭಿನಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. 3ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಓಣಂ ಆಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಓಣಂನ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಪೌರಾಣಿಕ ಕಥೆಯ ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
