Kerur, Nov. 21: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur celebrated Rashtrotsava under the theme ‘Sanskriti Bharat’ (Culture India).Dr. Srinivas Balli, Founder Vice-Chancellor of Nrupatunga University, attended the event as the Chief Guest. The keynote address was delivered by Sri N. Dinesh Hegde, General Secretary of Rashtrotthana Parishat.
