Neelakantheswari and all the teachers paid their respects by laying flowers on the portrait of Madan Lal Dhingra.Students talked about Madanalal Dhingra. Pradhanacharya Smt. Neelakantheswari said, “Madan Lal Dhingra was born into a well-to-do family.
