Kerur (Bagalkote), July 16: A trip to Badami Banashankari was organized in Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur, in which Principal, Students, Teachers and Staff were participated. After reached Badami Banashankari, the students were divided into five teams namely Yudhishthira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula, Sahadeva and the groups were told to follow the instructions. Following their visit to the Banashankari temple and participation in the puja ceremony, the students engaged in meditation, learning about the historical background, religious importance, and various festivals associated with the site.
After the meal, students and teachers engaged in music and bhajan.The tour taught Badami Banashankari architecture, importance of the place and Teamwork and Amity.A trip is a tool for children to learn beyond the classroom and to learn about a place’s grandeur, history, architecture. The content becomes more understandable for children when they can directly observe the material they read in the book. Through the trip, the spirit of cooperation with the team develops in the children. Amity develops. Taking such a school trip regularly serves the purpose of the children’s school days.
ಕೆರೂರು (ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ), ಜುಲೈ 16: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಬನಶಂಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದವರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಬನಶಂಕರಿಗೆ ತಲಪಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರ, ಭೀಮ, ಅರ್ಜುನ, ನಕುಲ, ಸಹದೇವ ಎನ್ನುವ ಐದು ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ವಿಭಜಿಸಿ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಬನಶಂಕರಿ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಅರ್ಚನೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೆಲಹೊತ್ತು ಧ್ಯಾನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಉತ್ಸವಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ಊಟದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸಂಗೀತ ಮತ್ತು ಭಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಬನಶಂಕರಿ ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪ, ಸ್ಥಳದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅರಿಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತಂಡದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಕಲಿಸಿತು.ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದಾಚೆ ಕಲಿಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳ ಮಹಿಮೆ, ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ, ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸವೊಂದು ಸಾಧನ. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿದ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ನೋಡುವುದರಿಂದ ವಿಷಯಜ್ಞಾನ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರವಾಸದಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡದೊಡನೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಮೂಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಆಗಾಗ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಾಲಾದಿನಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಕೈಗೂಡುತ್ತದೆ.
