Kerur, Mar. 4: The Holi festival was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Kerur. Students gave a speech on the importance of Holi festival. In the presence of the school director, Sri Ramesh Belal, Kamanna Puja was performed with religious rituals. Later, Kamanna was cremated. Prasada was distributed to all the students and non-teaching staff present. Bannadata was performed by applying tilak to everyone.
ಕೆರೂರು, ಮಾ. 4: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೋಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಮೇಶ್ ಬೇಲಾಳ್ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಣ್ಣನ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ವಿಧಿ ವಿಧಾನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ಕಾಮಣ್ಣನ ದಹನ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನೆರೆದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಿಲಕ ಇಡುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಣ್ಣದಾಟವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
