Kerur, Dec. 21-22: The fourth Teacher Orientation Programme – 4 was organised herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur.It was a two-day intensive training programme as per NEP 2020 for 33 teachers of RVK Kerur and Hangal. The programme focused on Panchamukhi Education, 5E Lesson Planning, Micro Teaching, Classroom Culture, Assessment and Use of Simple Digital Tools to Make Learning Child-Centred, Holistic and Value-Based.The sessions were led by Smt. Sridevi, Sri Umesh, Smt. Bhavani, Sri Vikram Mannari and Sri Narahari under the guidance of eminent personalities including Sri Ramesh Belal, Sri Krishna Joshi and Smt. Sridevi.The participants appreciated the training as practical, inspiring and directly useful for classroom teaching, especially the 5E model, micro teaching and value integration.In the closing session, school leaders emphasized aligning the lesson plan with RVK’s vision and core values.
ಕೆರೂರು, ಡಿ. 21-22: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರ – 4 ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಇದು ಆರ್ವಿಕೆ ಕೆರೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಾನಗಲ್ನ 33 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ NEP 2020 ಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ತೀವ್ರ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, 5E ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಬೋಧನೆ, ತರಗತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ, ಸಮಗ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿಸಲು ಸರಳ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪರಿಕರಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು.ಶ್ರೀ ರಮೇಶ್ ಬೆಲಾಲ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಜೋಶಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಗಣ್ಯರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಉಮೇಶ್, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಭವಾನಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಮನ್ನಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ನರಹರಿ ಅವರು ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದವರು ಈ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ, ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಮತ್ತು ತರಗತಿಯ ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ 5E ಮಾದರಿ, ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಏಕೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಅಧಿವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ನಾಯಕರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಲ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
