Kerur, Aug 7: Prachanna Vesha competition was organized for Gokulam students in Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur.This competition was organized with the aim of making the future citizens recognize the heroes who fought for the freedom of our country.The program started by offering flowers to Saraswati, Om and Bharatmata. Little children dressed up as Jawaharlal Nehru, Dr. B R Ambedkar, Sangolli Rayanna, Kittur Rani Chennamma, Sarojini Naidu, Savitri Bai Pule and others.The purpose of this program was to inculcate the national feeling along with the stage practice for the little children.
ಕೆರೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 7: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕೆರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಚ್ಛನ್ನ ವೇಷ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿದ ವೀರರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವಂತಾಗಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸರಸ್ವತಿ, ಓಂ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತಮಾತೆಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಜವಾಹರಲಾಲ್ ನೆಹರು, ಡಾ. ಬಿ ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್, ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ, ಕಿತ್ತೂರ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ, ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡು, ಸಾವಿತ್ರಿ ಬಾಯಿ ಫುಲೆ ಮೊದಲಾದವರ ವೇಷದಿಂದ ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವೇದಿಕೆಯೇರುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭಾವನೆ ಒಡಮೂಡಲಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
