Kerur, Feb. 19: Students of Gokulam celebrated ‘Flower Day’ herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur.

Kerur, Feb. 28: ‘National Science Day’ was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur. In his speech, Aaradhya of class 3 gave information about the Raman effect discovered by Sir C.V. Raman in 1928 and shared the information that he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930 for this discovery.

Sri B.R. Patil, Principal of S.R. Kanti Science, Arts and Commerce Degree College, Mudhol, was the chief guest.
Our school students welcomed the guests to the stage with a procession. After the guests hoisted the national flag, the national anthem was sung.
Students of classes 4, 5 and 6 saluted the flag with a procession.

Kerur, Feb. 4: A five-day mass Surya Namaskar was performed herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur on the occasion of Rathasaptami. The students and staff of the school performed about 26 Surya Namaskars.

Kerur, Jan. 23: Parakram Diwas was celebrated on the occasion of Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kerur.
Aaradhya of class 3 spoke on the life and achievements of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Anantramu of class 5 dressed up as Subhash Chandra Bose and repeated Netaji’s slogans.
